This notice covers browsing kidverse.co.uk and enquiries sent to us about Kidverse. Visiting this website does not create a learner account or activate a microphone.

Signed-in student, teacher and mobile services involve different information, including account details, learning results and, where used, speech activities. This website notice does not describe all of that processing or replace the information and agreements relevant to a school service.

For a question about a learner account, contact your school or info@toddle.solutions so we can identify the service and organisation responsible for your request. Other websites reached through links have their own data practices.

• Website requests: your browser sends technical information to deliver a page, image or video. This includes your IP address, the requested resource, request time and browser or connection information. Microsoft Azure provides the hosting and delivery service.
• Enquiries: when you email us, we receive your email address, any name, school or organisation you provide, and the message and attachments you choose to send. Our contact buttons open your chosen email application; the website does not submit a hidden contact form.
• Privacy or support requests: we receive the details needed to understand your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or authority before disclosing or changing personal information.

You choose whether to contact us. Without a reply address or enough information about your enquiry, we may be unable to respond. Please do not include passwords, access codes, learner lists or sensitive information in an initial message.

The purposes and legal grounds for the website and enquiries are:

• Delivering and protecting the website: our legitimate interests in providing requested pages and maintaining a secure, available service, subject to your rights and freedoms. The relevant condition is Article 5(2)(f) of Türkiye’s Law No. 6698; where UK or EU GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(f).
• Responding to voluntary business enquiries and arranging requested demonstrations: our legitimate interests in communicating with prospective users and school representatives, under the same provisions. Where an individual asks us to take necessary steps towards a contract to which that individual would be a party, Article 5(2)(c) and, where applicable, GDPR Article 6(1)(b) apply instead.
• Handling statutory privacy requests and other legal requirements: compliance with the relevant legal obligation, under Article 5(2)(ç) and, where applicable, GDPR Article 6(1)(c).

Reading this notice or browsing the website is not blanket consent to other processing. The public website does not make educational placement decisions about visitors. Its current cookie and storage use is explained in our Cookie Policy.

Relevant members of our team handle enquiries and requests. Technical requests are handled by Microsoft Azure to host and deliver the website. Email delivery and mailbox providers handle correspondence so that messages can reach us and we can reply.

Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers where necessary to address a legal matter, or to a competent authority where a disclosure is required by law. These are separate from making information publicly available.

Following a student, teacher, Toddle or other external link takes you to a separate service. Your browser then communicates with that destination. Opening an email link also involves your chosen email provider.

Our team is based in Türkiye. The website’s Azure hosting resource is configured in the West Europe region, while network delivery and provider operations can involve other locations. A .co.uk domain does not mean that every operation takes place in the United Kingdom.

Microsoft publishes information about its cloud privacy arrangements in the Microsoft Trust Center. This does not describe every separate email or school-service arrangement.

Contact info@toddle.solutions to request information about the recipients, processing locations and any transfer safeguards relevant to your information. A website visit is not treated as general consent to international transfers.

For correspondence, the relevant criteria are whether the enquiry remains open, whether it leads to an ongoing business relationship, and whether records are needed for an applicable legal obligation or a particular claim or dispute. Different correspondence can therefore require different retention periods.

Technical delivery and security records depend on the hosting service, its configuration and the operational or security purpose of the record. Browser caching is controlled separately by your browser and the website’s delivery settings.

You can ask about the retention of information relating to you or request deletion. Any legal reason for retaining information must be considered when that request is handled. Clearing your browser does not delete email correspondence.

Where Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 applies, you may ask whether information about you is processed, why it is used and to whom it is disclosed. Subject to the law’s conditions, you can seek correction, deletion or destruction, request that relevant recipients are notified, object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, rights may also include access, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent, subject to the conditions for the particular processing.

Right to object: where GDPR applies and we rely on legitimate interests, you can object to processing on grounds relating to your situation. Send your objection to info@toddle.solutions.

Contact us to make a request or obtain the appropriate submission details. Describe what you need without sending unnecessary identity documents or a child’s password. You can make a UK or EU GDPR request by emailing us; no special wording or form is required. Formal applications under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 may require the information and submission method set out in the KVKK procedure linked below.

For Türkiye, the KVKK application procedure provides for an application to the controller first, with a response as soon as possible and within the applicable maximum of 30 days. The KVKK complaint procedure explains the next steps and time limits. Where UK law applies, you can complain to the ICO; where EU law applies, contact the competent data protection authority.

You can explore this website without giving us your name or creating an account. Your browser still needs to request pages from our hosting service. Ask a parent, carer or teacher before sending personal information or opening a learning account.

A parent or teacher who needs help with a child’s information can contact us or the relevant school. Please explain which service is involved so that the request reaches the right organisation.

This notice takes effect on 30 September 2026. We will update it when the website or the processing it describes changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.
